An individual pilgrimage

Living at the rhythmof the monastery

Not merely to visit Athos, but to live for a few days as a novice — to step into its silence, its prayer, and its daily life.

Journeys for one to four people: the monastic order of the day, the services, obedience, and conversations with an elder — an experience that changes a person.

Tell us who you would like to travel with and what experience you are looking for.We will suggest a possible format for the pilgrimage and explain the terms.

The order of the day

Everything is as the elder (the abbot) blesses

An individual pilgrimage has no timetable set in advance. The hours of the services, the meals, the work, and the rest are decided by the monastery that receives you — and we accept that order as it is.
