1. Who processes your data

The controller of personal data is the Athos spiritual centre in Lviv, address: Ukraine, Lviv, 111 Liubinska Street. You can reach us using the contacts at the end of this page.

2. What data we collect

We only receive what you enter into the forms on the site:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your e-mail address, if you provide one;
• the subject and the text of your message.
• Technical data about visits (IP address, request time) may be kept in our hosting provider’s logs — that is how any web server works.

3. Why we use it

We need the data to contact you, answer your request, and prepare and arrange the pilgrimage. We do not use it for automated profiling and do not sell it to anyone.

4. Legal basis

We process the data on the basis of your consent, given when you send the form, and to fulfil what we agree about the journey.

5. Who we may share it with

We pass on only what the journey cannot happen without, and only as much as needed:

• the monasteries and sketes — for accommodation;
• carriers — for tickets and transfers;
• the authorised bodies — for the permit to visit the Holy Mountain;
• state authorities — where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the purpose you contacted us for requires, and as long as the law requires. After that it is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” you have the right to:

• know what data of yours we hold;
• ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
